Any suggestions for telescopes under $600 Refractors also with achromatic lens.
I need it for planetary, lunar and possibly nebulae viewing.

Orion sells an 80mm refractor for under $600 but a mount would be extra. Optically it is excellent but be aware with that aperture the images are small. It would be suitable for photos with a proper mount.

I decided to get the 10 inch Collapsible by Sky-watcher. Now I just have to work on finding a place which can get me a good deal. I am going to check vancouver telescope and see if I can get them to bring the price down to about 700.
